Stress Eating

This past week I have learned that when I become stressed I turn to comfort foods. I gorge on pizza, garlic fingers, poutine, potato chips and soda. That is not good for my body or soul.

Monday started my new routine of clean eating, praying and meditation. Tonight’s snack

Carrot sticks, bell pepper strip with two tablespoons of Greek yogurt mixed with herbs.

How do you make yourself feel better when going through emotional turmoil?
